Michele Traficante, director of children and bell choirs and Christian Eduation team leader, brings her infectious enthusiasm to music practice and the classroom and provides leadership to a fantastic team of teachers. She and her husband love to watch their own daughters compete in high school and college sports and perform high school music.

Ken Lada, facility maintenance, can fix anything with WD-40 or duct tape. He coordinates church-wide work days and outside contractors. Ken enjoys trips to the hardware store, plowing snow on Christmas, and contemporary worship music. He's got a great handshake and an easy laugh.

Carol Lada, our custodian and financial secretary, appreciates getting to know people personally and learning their stories. She leads teams of offering counters and church-wide clean up. She helps care for her grandchildren and cleans up after Ken. She loves to spend a snow day in the cab of the truck as Ken makes his rounds with the plow.

Jennifer Reichart, treasurer, smiles when she watches her sons singing in the choir. One piece of her personal faith story is available in video. When she is not paying the bills, she enjoys mowing the lawn, family dinners with her husband, and playing with the boys.

Kim Carpenter (on the left), director of youth ministries, is a physical therapist, wife, and mother of three. She is passionate about creating a healthy community of faith for young people, introducing people to Jesus, the power of education, and having fun.

Joan Alvear, director of music ministries, has led children's music camps; teaches piano, violin, and guitar; loves the outdoors; and shares her outdoor prayer center with squirrels and her cats. She believes that to sing praise is to pray twice.
