Children are not just the future of the church—they are part of the church now. At Christ Church, we want children and families to feel welcomed, included, known, and loved as they grow in faith together.

Sunday School

Children begin worship with the whole congregation, participate in the Children's Message, and then head to Sunday School during the school year, September through May. Sunday School gives children a place to learn Scripture, ask questions, build friendships, and grow in faith.

Confirmation

Confirmation is an opportunity for young people to explore the Christian faith more deeply, ask honest questions, learn about the church, and consider what it means to claim faith for themselves. Confirmation meets during the school year. Contact the church office for current schedule and registration information.

Children in Worship

Children and young people are encouraged to take an active part in the life of the church—as acolytes, readers, ushers, musicians, and in other ways that help them know they belong here.

Music for Children

Children can also participate in Kids Choir and other music opportunities during the school year.

Family & Community Events

Throughout the year, we create opportunities for children and families to have fun, build friendships, and share life together. These include family nights, movies and crafts, seasonal events such as our Easter Egg Hunt and Trunk or Treat, Vacation Bible School, and group outings to baseball and hockey games.

We want families to know there are many ways to connect, grow, and enjoy being part of the Christ Church community.
