Here are the faith challenges from Pastor Craig's message of December 28:

Faith Challenge #1 | Let Fear Become Protection
Matthew 2:13–15

Joseph listens to fear—and it moves him to protect Mary and Jesus. Fear doesn’t paralyze him. It propels him into action.

This week, notice what your fear is trying to protect.
Who or what do you love so deeply that fear rises when they are threatened?

Instead of pushing that fear away, ask God how it might become fuel for faithful action—offering care, advocacy, or protection for someone who is vulnerable.

Let fear move you toward love.

Faith Challenge #2| Notice Whose Fear You’re Called to See
Matthew 2:19–23

Even after danger passes, fear lingers—and God continues to guide the Holy Family toward safety and life.

This week, ask yourself:
Whose fear have I learned to ignore because it makes me uncomfortable?

Listen to one story of fear rooted in injustice. Pray for the courage to let compassion—not avoidance—shape your response.

When fear is grounded in love, it can ignite a fire for justice.
